Repair Forms

1. Call us first! Give us a ring with any questions or concerns you may have. Your gear is important to you and we appreciate that.
2. Complete our Service Request Form. You can fill this form out online and then print it out, or print first and fill it out by hand.
3. Pack and Ship Your Gear. Carefully pack your gear. Be sure to include your properly completed Service Request Form.
4. Warranty Work or Free Parts from the Manufacturer? If this is warranty work and/or your equipment qualifies for free parts, be sure to call us so we can make sure you have all of the proper documentation to send it with your gear.
5. Pay Your Bill Online. When we're done serving your equipment, we'll contact you with the final amount due, and you can pay online via Paypal or with a credit card.
